We saw a better way
StructureCare’s story began with a simple observation. Clients were turning to us for advice when their aging parking structures needed attention. Rather than simply addressing individual problems as they arose, we saw an opportunity to help owners take a more proactive approach.
That meant combining engineering expertise with hands on field experience to understand the condition of a structure, address immediate needs, and plan for what comes next.
It started with a simple question
One early project helped reinforce the importance of that approach. After responding to an emergency involving an aging parking structure, our team was asked an important question: how can owners prevent their structures from reaching that point?
Over lunch that afternoon, the idea for a preventative maintenance plan began taking shape, literally on a napkin. The concept was simple: help owners understand their structures, address issues early, and plan for ongoing maintenance. That simple idea became the foundation for a new approach to caring for parking structures.
Building something bigger
As more clients recognized the value of having a dedicated partner for their parking structures, the work grew beyond individual repairs. StructureCare began providing ongoing inspection, maintenance, and repair services designed to help owners better understand their structures and plan for their long term needs.
What began with a small team and a handful of clients has grown into a nationwide organization serving owners across the country.
